3DKustom ("we") runs this site. We keep the data we collect to a minimum. This page says what that is and what happens to it.
What we collect
Part requests. When you send the request form or press "Notify me", we store your email, the vehicle type, make, model and years you entered, the description of the part, whether you ticked "I'd buy this file", and the page you sent it from.
Orders. Checkout is run by Gumroad. We receive the order details Gumroad gives sellers, such as your email, country and the file you bought. We do not see your card details.
Server logs. Our host records technical data such as your IP address and browser when you load a page. That is normal for any website.
Why we use it
- To tell you when the file you asked for is ready. We do this because you asked us to.
- To decide which parts to model next, by counting requests. We look at this as a total, not person by person.
- To deliver your purchase, support you and keep the records that tax law requires.
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email unless you asked for it.
Who handles it
- Supabase stores part requests, in a data centre in Ireland.
- Vercel hosts this site.
- Gumroad takes payment and delivers files. Its privacy policy applies to your order.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site. Your browser fetches them from Google, so Google receives your IP address.
Some of these providers are based in or transfer data to the United States. They rely on the safeguards described in their own terms, such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We do not set cookies of our own and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Gumroad may set cookies when you open its checkout, as described in its policy.
How long we keep it
Part requests: until we have told you the file is ready and for up to 12 months after that, or until you ask us to delete them. Order records: for as long as tax and accounting law require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy, or to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Portugal that is the CNPD.

Email to use any of these rights. Please write from the address you gave us.
Use the request form on the homepage, with the same email you gave us before, and say that the message is about your data.
Changes
If we change how we use data, we update this page and its date.
