Refunds and fit guarantee

If a file does not fit the vehicle it was listed for, we adapt it or refund you. Ask within 14 days of buying.

Fit guarantee

Each file lists the vehicle it is made for. If you print it as recommended and it does not fit that vehicle, tell us within 14 days of your purchase. We will either adapt the file so that it fits, or refund you in full. You choose.

Send us the vehicle (make, model, year), the tube size or fitting if relevant, and a photo of the part on the vehicle. That is usually enough for us to see what went wrong.

Faulty or wrong file

If a file will not open, is incomplete, or is not the file described on the listing, we will replace it or refund you.

What is not covered

• Printing problems caused by the printer, the material or the settings, when the file itself is fine.
• A part bought for a vehicle, tube size or fitting that the listing did not cover.
• Changing your mind after you have downloaded the file, except where the law gives you a right to withdraw (see below).

Your legal right to withdraw

In the EU and UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. For digital content, that right ends once the download has started, if you expressly agreed to it starting straight away and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw. Our fit guarantee above applies whether or not you have lost that right, and nothing on this page limits your legal rights.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Gumroad, usually within a few days of us approving them. The time it takes to show up depends on your bank.
