What we sell

3DKustom sells digital files for 3D printing (STL and related files). We do not sell or ship printed parts. Payment and delivery of the file are handled by Gumroad at checkout, and Gumroad's own terms apply to the payment itself.

Your licence

When you buy a file you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• download the file and keep it for your own use;
• print as many copies as you need for vehicles you own or look after;
• send the file to a print service to have it printed for you, for your own use.

You may not:

• resell, share, upload or otherwise distribute the files, original or modified;
• sell the printed parts, or print them in batches for others;
• use our files to train or feed a model or a service that generates or distributes parts.

Want to print for customers or sell the prints? Ask us. A commercial licence is possible for some files.

Brand names

3DKustom is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. BMW, Yamaha, Honda, Jeep and other names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to say which vehicles a file is made to fit. Our files do not carry manufacturer logos, and you should not add them to parts you print.

Fit, material and your own risk

Every listing says which vehicle, and where it matters which tube size or fitting, the file is made for. Check it before you buy. If it does not fit the vehicle listed, see our refund and fit guarantee.

Printed parts are accessories. How strong and durable they are depends on your printer, material, settings and how you use them. Follow the recommended settings on the listing and inspect parts before and after use.

Do not use our files for brakes, steering, seat belts, suspension or any other safety-critical or structural part. Crash bar bumpers and sliders protect paint and plastics in a drop or a tip-over. They do not replace the steel crash bar behind them and do not make a crash safe.

Our liability

We take care to make files that work, but we cannot control how they are printed or used. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by printing, fitting or using a part contrary to the listing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your legal rights as a consumer.

Availability and changes

We may change prices, update or withdraw files, and update these terms. A change does not affect a purchase you already made. If we improve a file you bought, we will tell you how to get the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live.
